Job summary

Simple Staffing Inc. is hiring for Legacy Restoration, LLC to fill a Sales Representative role. You will generate leads via canvassing, perform roof inspections, explain restoration services, and guide homeowners through the sales cycle to close deals.

The position offers uncapped earnings with a typical first-year range of $70,000–$85,000, with top performers earning $100,000+ and an annual vehicle allowance of $8,400. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to travel between neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients by generating leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess damage, document findings, take photos, and explain services to homeowners.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
