Ferguson Roofing, a Hoffmann Brothers company, is seeking a Roofing Repairs Professional to perform field troubleshooting, installations, and repair work. You will supervise 1099 crews, coordinate materials, and ensure safety and quality across commercial and residential projects.

Ideal candidates have roofing experience, a valid US driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Training opportunities are available, with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior roofing, construction, or related field experience preferred.
• Strong communication with internal teams, crews, and vendors.
• Demonstrated safety and quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing 1099 crews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting, installations, and repairs in the field.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and teams.
• Coordinate material delivery and warehouse inventory.
• Perform site visits and ensure timely project completion.
• Respond to callbacks/recalls and resolve customer concerns.
• Support department and company as needed.
