Job summary

TMR Roofing is seeking a service – repair foreman to identify current and potential problem areas on our customers’ roofs and lead an apprentice or helper. You will communicate with the Service Manager and sales team to identify opportunities and assemble repair quotes using the FCS mobile app.

The role requires 3–5 years of roofing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years roofing/construction experience.
• Ability to manage workers and schedule daily tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work year-round and handle overtime during emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Travel locally up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify the source of active roof leaks and other problem areas.
• Communicate findings with Service Manager and sales reps.
• Prepare roof repair quotes or inspections on company tablets via FCS app.
• Set up safety on projects in full OSHA compliance.
• Use Troxler #3216 moisture gauge to locate wet insulation.
• Perform hose tests on problem leak sources.
