Job summary

3MG Roofing & Solar is seeking a Roofing Repair Technician to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair issues across the Orlando territory, reporting to the service manager and documenting each job with photos before, during, and after.

The role requires commercial roofing experience including TPO, metal, tile and shingle, a valid driver’s license, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience is required.
• Experience with TPO, metal, tile and shingle roofing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass company insurance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on commercial roofing and related equipment.
• Respond to multiple service calls per day; assess scope, diagnose leaks and report to the service manager.
• Document each job with photos before, during, and after, and communicate progress after each job.
• Provide excellent customer service on site and maintain timely, high-quality workmanship.

Job description

As a Roofing Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative Maintenance on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.
• You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls each day. Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager
• Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Before, during and after photos on EVERY job.
  • Reporting back to service manager during and after each job
  • Working in a timely manner + maintaining quality of work to reduce call backs.
  • A+ customer service when on job site.

Requirements:

• Commercial roofing experience required
  • TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required
• Must have valid driver's license. Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting experience is required

Location:

Reporting into our Winter Park office working in the Orlando territory

Job Type: Full Time, hourly

Pay: $18-20/hr. (based off experience) with the opportunity to get overtime
