Gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for a leading Dallas-based roofing company with over 40 years of experience delivering high-quality roofing solutions. You will oversee and coordinate all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and top-tier workmanship.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA certification and safety training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead roofing crews, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate and schedule roofing projects in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee material inventory, ordering, and delivery, ensuring availability and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work to guarantee quality and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team and project estimators to provide accurate job costing and estimates for potential projects.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports, time sheets, and incident reports.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in roofing materials and techniques.
