Allstar Services is hiring a Roofing Project Coordinator to support the growth of our residential roofing operations in the Northeast. You will work closely with Sales, Production, suppliers, and customers daily and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Experience in roofing or construction is helpful, but we will train someone who understands urgency, organization, and customer service. Proficiency with AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in roofing, construction, scheduling, or project coordination preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage many moving parts.
Proficiency with construction or project management software (AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Salesforce).
Ability to read and understand basic construction contracts.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate roofing crews, material deliveries, and customer appointments.
Maintain updated schedules and resolve timeline conflicts.
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams.
Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Verify deposits, financing, pricing, and documentation.
Submit labor POs and track budgets, change orders, and accounts receivable.
Order materials and confirm availability with distributors.
Manage permitting, inspections, and local code compliance.
Schedule dumpsters and oversee disposal logistics.
Maintain organized digital job files in CRMs.
