Allstar Services is expanding its residential roofing operations across the Northeast and is hiring a Roofing Project Coordinator. You’ll drive coordination between sales, production, suppliers, and customers, ensuring timely, accurate project execution and an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes organization, urgency, and strong communication in a fast-moving environment with real growth potential and the support of a national production team.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, scheduling, or project coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction contracts.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roofing crews, material deliveries, and customer appointments.
• Maintain updated schedules and proactively resolve timeline conflicts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify deposits, financing, pricing, and documentation.
• Submit labor POs and track budgets, change orders, and accounts receivable.
• Order materials and communicate with distributors to confirm availability.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
• Schedule dumpsters and oversee disposal logistics.
• Maintain organized digital job files in AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, or similar CRMs.
• Support final walkthroughs and ensure a five-star customer experience.
