Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems).
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing crews (Field Superintendent, Foreman, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple crews and maintaining quality across sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Midwest markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day residential roofing installations across assigned Midwest markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
