Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience with commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore/COINS/Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and internal project teams.
• Build relationships with general contractors, building owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders, subcontracts, purchase orders.
• Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, billing, forecasts, and profitability.
• Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to customers and company leadership.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while supporting field operations and overall project success.
