Job summary

Anning-Johnson Co. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing and waterproofing projects on site in City of Industry, CA.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, change orders, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial roofing systems projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and project financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, COINS, Bluebeam).
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.

What You'll Do
