Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience with commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore/COINS/Bluebeam preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from contract award through final completion. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting.

• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Experience with Procore, COINS, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
