Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. This role is customer-facing and will manage data flow, communication, and documentation between CentiMark, the customer, and stakeholders through all project phases.

You'll primarily engage with New Construction projects facilitated through General Contractors, coordinate submittals and warranties, monitor spend, and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale construction projects.
• Roofing-related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with STACK, BIM 360 and Procore.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow.
• Ability to read and translate construction plans, specifications and contracts.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data flow and documentation between CentiMark, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage submittal packages and manufacturer warranties.
• Handle change orders and schedule of values.
• Maintain daily logs and generate progress reports.
• Attend on-site meetings and perform quality inspections.
• Navigate construction issues and disputes to resolution.
• Maintain client project portals and act as primary POC.
• Monitor project spend and assist in staying on budget.
• Provide support to the Construction Manager.
