Qualifications

• Prior roofing installation experience required.
• General work experience preferred; training available.
• Must provide work references.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects within the Asphalt Roofing Division.
• Work directly with subcontractors to ensure quality standards.
• Visit customers' homes to provide updates and maintain homeowner communication.
• Conduct a final walkaround and inspection upon project completion.
• Install roofing accessories and final components when needed.
• Perform repairs or assist other crews as required.
• Load materials, track inventory, and document usage.
• Complete all required paperwork before, during, and after each project.
• Collaborate with Production Manager and sales team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience.
