Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors in Virginia seeks a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator to drive installations and exceptional customer experiences from start to finish. You will manage crews and job sites, balance quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, and solve problems in real time with grit and integrity.

Responsibilities include leading crews, ensuring safety, maintaining open communication with clients, and continuously improving processes. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related industries is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Prior management experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crews and job sites from start to finish to meet company workflows.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on every project.
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed and involved.
• Analyze sites for protection measures and improve efficiency.
• Be willing to work Saturdays when project demands require it.
