Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Coordinator to support estimating and project management. The role focuses on project documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination, permitting, reporting, and light office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key duties include coordinating projects from pre-construction to completion, managing docs like submittals and change orders, and assisting estimators with bids while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and technical docs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent construction administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial roofing projects from estimating to completion.
• Manage project documentation including submittals, POs, changes and records.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, permits, and inspections.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays or risks to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among office staff, field teams, clients and vendors.
• Assist estimators with bid preparation and project setup activities.
