Job summary

Dragon Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage projects from lead intake through proposal preparation, coordinating with owners, suppliers, and installers.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with commercial roofing systems and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Your experience with digital estimating tools and prior project coordination in roofing or construction will be key to your success.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc.
• Prior estimating or project coordination experience in roofing or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from lead intake through proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with owners, suppliers, and installers.
• Review project documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform digital takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and material availability.
• Assemble proposals and bid packages for review.
• Manage RFIs, documentation, and scheduling coordination.
• Provide clear communication with internal team and clients.

Skills

Familiarity with commercial roofing systems
