Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction project support (roofing preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with project management or construction admin software.
• Clear communication skills and a professional, detail‑driven approach.
• Ability to work onsite in the Anaheim office Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support with day‑to‑day project administration and workflow coordination.
• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and project documents.
• Maintain project schedules, job logs, and material delivery timelines.
• Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, field staff, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and closeout packages.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation for billing, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Provide general office/project support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
