Advanced Roofing, Inc. seeks a Roofing Production Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from handoff to completion, with a strong focus on production performance, cost control, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This role serves as the primary link between estimating, construction management, field operations, and the customer to ensure projects are built safely, on time, and within budget, while supervising documentation, permits, submittals, billing, change

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial roofing projects.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and schedule the activities of construction managers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Liaison with building owner to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor/control construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence; investigate and address issues.
Represent company in project meetings and support labor negotiations/strategy meetings.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining client relationships.
Oversee total construction effort to meet design, budget and schedule with stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and logs; ensure compliance with safety programs.
