Brown’s Roofing LLC is seeking a Production Assistant to serve as the operational backbone on our job sites. You will coordinate crews, manage materials and paperwork, and keep projects on schedule while updating customers throughout the process. This role offers growth into production management within a collaborative team.

You will handle scheduling, ensure paperwork accuracy, monitor quality, and maintain safety standards, driving efficiency across production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage job schedules and coordinate with roofing crews.
• Order, track, and manage materials, deliveries, and inventory.
• Monitor installation quality and conduct on-site inspections.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers — provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Make sure all permits, licenses, and project paperwork are accurate and complete.
• Track project expenses and keep jobs within budget.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify efficiency improvements in production processes.
• Supervise subcontractors for timeline and quality adherence.
• Build strong vendor and internal team relationships.
