Responsibilities

• Manage assigned jobs and field personnel in the DFW region and others as needed.
• Track warehouse inventory used by field staff and provide updates to the Project Coordinator.
• Establish and monitor budgets by daily productivity metrics; review weekly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain and update labor schedules, including a one-week look-ahead plan.
• Manage equipment rentals and budgets to minimize costs while optimizing production.
• Monitor project backlog and plan for staff and labor needs, including site visits for upcoming projects.
• Close out projects by scheduling final manufacturer inspections and addressing punch lists.
