Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing company, seeks a Roofing Operations Manager in Jessup, MD to lead the office and surrounding areas. You will supervise installation and service projects, manage employee relations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Base pay is $90k–$110k with lucrative bonus opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
Blueprint reading proficiency
Ability to manage and motivate teams
Previous roofing operations management experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Managing the Profit and Loss Statement
Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects
Manage the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager
Working closely with both sales and technical staff
Addressing all problems that may arise during projects
Ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed
