CentiMark Corporation in Jessup, MD is seeking an experienced New Construction Project Manager for our New Construction Division. This role will supervise multiple roofing crews and coordinate with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager to keep projects on track.

The position offers competitive wages from $26 to $32 per hour, based on experience, with year-round work and strong growth potential across the Washington DC metro area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to interpret blueprints; lift 50 lbs; climb ladders to 25 ft.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a safe job site and perform pre/post-job inspections.

Job Summary: Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project. Will work closely with the Service Director & Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and maintaining paperwork. Will have daily communication with both the customer and employees.

Candidate Qualifications:
