Job summary

Cogentanalytics is seeking an organized Office Manager to support day-to-day operations for a growing roofing company. You will manage subcontractor documentation, invoicing, scheduling, and data in AccuLynx, ensuring accurate cost tracking and smooth project flow.

The ideal candidate communicates well with subcontractors and customers, works independently, and maintains paperwork, scheduling, and job information accurately and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Previous office management or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with AccuLynx is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, invoicing, and job costs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subcontractor files and documentation (W-9s, COIs, licenses).
• Prepare and send customer invoices; track overdue accounts.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate subcontractors/materials.
• Enter and maintain job costs and essential data in AccuLynx.
• Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries; communicate professionally.
