Description

Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking a Junior Roofing Project Manager to join our growing roofing team. The Junior Project Manager will assist the Senior Project Manager in planning and executing projects, monitoring various platforms, and communicating with team members regarding project status.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
• Communicate with customers for updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope and identify potential obstructions; provide detailed instructions to installation partners, distribution partners, customers, and team members.
• Track and record permit applications, updating team members on their status.
• Monitor multiple projects at various stages, keep documents updated, and input data into platforms.
• Review end-of-project photos and documents for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with clients on payment requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting roof repair issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project coordination and operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in roofing or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of permit application processes and municipal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Reliable remote workspace with internet access.
• Willingness to travel to the corporate office as needed.
