Description

Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking a Junior Roofing Project Manager to join our growing roofing team. The Junior Project Manager will work alongside the Senior Project Manager to plan and execute projects, monitor platforms, and communicate with team members regarding status updates.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
• Communicate with customers for updates before, during, and after project completion.
• Define project scope, identify potential obstructions, and prepare for deliveries and installations. Provide detailed instructions to installation partners, distribution partners, customers, and team members.
• Track and record permit applications on Trinity platforms and update team members on status changes.
• Monitor multiple projects at various stages, keep project documents current, upload files, and input information into platforms.
• Review end-of-project photos and documents for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist in troubleshooting roof repair issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project coordination and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in roofing or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of permit processes and municipal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Reliable internet access and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Willingness to travel to the corporate office as needed.
