About the Role

Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking a Junior Roofing Project Manager to join our growing roofing team. The Junior Project Manager will work alongside the Senior Project Manager to plan and execute projects, monitor platforms, and communicate with team members regarding project status.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Maintain customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, identify potential obstructions, and provide detailed instructions to installation and distribution partners, customers, and team members.
• Track and record permit applications, updating team members on their status.
• Monitor multiple projects at various stages, keeping documentation current.
• Review project photos and documents for accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with clients regarding payments and assist in troubleshooting roof repair issues.
• Implement process improvements for project coordination and operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in roofing or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of permit processes and municipal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Reliable internet and a designated remote workspace.
• Willingness to travel to the corporate office as needed.
