You will supervise multiple production crews, plan and oversee projects, and partner with the Operations Manager to ensure safe, quality installations and accurate material counts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in project management or field supervision in commercial roofing.
• Strong leadership, management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production crews to plan and execute projects.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to oversee project progress.
• Ensure job-site safety, quality installations, and material counts.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, employees and management.
