Job Summary

Supervise multiple production crews to plan and execute successful projects. Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee projects. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, ensuring quality and proper installation, managing job site material counts, and daily communication with customers, employees, and the operations manager. Bilingual a bonus.

Candidate Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in project management or field supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Leadership, management, and project management skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Capability of interpreting blueprints a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out‑of‑town travel and overtime as needed.
