CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor for Pensacola, FL. The role offers a pay range of $25–$32 per hour plus benefits and a strong emphasis on safety and service quality.

You will supervise 2–6-man crews, handle customer inquiries, inspect service jobs, and maintain records while developing product knowledge over time. Local travel within the branch area is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with rubber roofs and leaks.
• Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod.Bit., and metal roof repairs.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures for commercial/industrial roofing.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Read blueprints; bilingualism is a plus.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunityfor an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor in Pensacola, FL.

This role is paying $25/hr - $32/hr, plus benefits.

Job Summary:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction


• Provide information about the products and services


• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns


• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship


• Document and update customer records based on interactions


• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


• Supervising 2-6-man crews, ensuring they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures

Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Commercial Roofing is Required (5 years)


• Worked with rubber roofs, especially with leaks


• Some materials include: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs


• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety


• Ability to build rapport with clients


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills


• Must live within 1 hour from branch office


• Bilingualism and the ability to read blueprints are an advantage
