CentiMark Corporation in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to lead 2-6-man crews and ensure safety, service, and quality on roofing projects.

You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, inspect jobs, and maintain customer records while building a knowledge base on evolving roofing materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC and metal roof repairs.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Ability to read blueprints is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunityfor an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor in Pensacola, FL.

This role is paying $25/hr - $32/hr, plus benefits.

Job Summary:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction


• Provide information about the products and services


• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns


• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship


• Document and update customer records based on interactions


• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


• Supervising 2-6-man crews, ensuring they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures

Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Commercial Roofing is Required (5 years)


• Worked with rubber roofs, especially with leaks


• Some materials include: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs


• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety


• Ability to build rapport with clients


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills


• Must live within 1 hour from branch office


• Bilingualism and the ability to read blueprints are an advantage
