Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be computer savvy.
• Ability to travel (60 to 80%).
• Strong ability to lead a team and delegate tasks as needed.
• 10 years of industrial or commercial construction supervision experience.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and establish effective working relationships to promote project morale.
• Assist Project Manager with on-site procedures and scheduling.
• Review drawings for deficiencies and notify the Project Manager/GC.
• Help develop the Project Schedule and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate, direct and inspect subcontractors, suppliers, and AAA Roofing labor.
• Verify subcontractor compliance with contracts and safety programs.
• Chair weekly coordination and safety meetings; issue minutes.
• Review weekly subcontractor reports and as-built prints.
• Maintain good relations with all project stakeholders.
• Order materials as needed.
