Job summary

AAA Roofing is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage day-to-day operations of jobs, crews and locations in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise field construction, ensure on-time completion within budget and uphold quality standards.

Travel (60–80%) is required as you coordinate with vendors, customers and senior management while growing our brand. The role demands strong leadership, organization, and clear communication, with a focus on planning, safety, and seamless project

Qualifications

• Must be computer savvy.
• Ability to travel (60%–80%).
• Strong ability to lead a team and delegate tasks.
• 10 years of industrial or commercial construction supervision experience.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Supply leadership and promote positive project morale.
• Understand contract drawings, addenda and assist PM with on-site procedures.
• Review design deficiencies and coordinate with PM and GC.
• Assist scheduling and keep project dates on track.
• Plan quality control, safety, site layout and manpower.
• Coordinate inspectors, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Verify subcontractor requirements and insurance.
• Ensure needed equipment, forms and safety notices are available.
• Chair weekly coordination and safety meetings; document minutes.
• Review weekly subcontractor reports and time/material vouchers.
