Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct on-site inspections, present tailored roofing options, and close deals in the field. This is a commission-based role with a $1,000/week guarantee and uncapped earning potential.

A company vehicle, pre-scheduled appointments, and coaching support are provided to help you succeed. You will manage the customer journey from inspection to close, using HubSpot for CRM, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or field-based customer-facing experience, ideally in home improvement, construction, or a consultative selling environment.
• Strong verbal communication for in-person presentations; written proposals and CRM documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments to conduct on-site roofing assessments.
• Document findings with photos and CRM notes; capture measurements.
• Create personalized roofing options addressing homeowners' needs, budget and timeline.
• Deliver professional presentations to communicate value and close deals.
