Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to lead on-site inspections, present tailored roofing solutions, and close deals in the field. This commission-based role includes a $1,000 per week guarantee and uncapped earning potential.

You'll enjoy a company vehicle, pre-scheduled appointments, and ongoing sales coaching to help you excel. Base earnings plus commissions can reach six figures with top performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years outside sales or field-based experience in home improvement/construction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person pitches.
• CRM experience with logging sales activity (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Ability to manage schedule, leads, and follow-ups independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections at residential/commercial properties.
• Present tailored roofing solutions and address customer needs and budgets.
• Close sales and collect payments per company policy.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and follow up on proposals.
• Coordinate with Operations/Production to ensure smooth handoffs and scheduling.
