Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Field Resource Foreman in Minnesota to lead roofing field projects. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency, manage the crew, coordinate with sales, supervisors, and customers, and ensure timely completion of projects within scope.

Minimum five years in roofing required; OSHA 30-hour certification, and preferred RRO. Must travel, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work weekends or holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Experience with metal and steep-slope roofing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, crew management and project execution.
• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings and site inspections.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Prepare pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500 and submit high-value proposals.
• Ensure quality and communication with customers and supervisors.
• Coordinate with HR and admin for times, payroll, and reporting.
