Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Castle Rock, CO market. You’ll meet homeowners, build trust, and present exterior restoration solutions with uncapped earning potential and a structured pay plan including weekly pay and paid training.

Training and company support are provided; roofing experience is not required. You’ll operate from Parker, CO with local travel to Castle Rock, and you’ll join a team that values performance, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships and establish trust with customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and identify potential roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Present solutions clearly and confidently based on the customer's needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial appointment through project completion.
• Follow up consistently and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help provide a smooth customer experience.
• Manage your sales opportunities and follow through on commitments.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
