Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated sales professionals to meet homeowners, assess roofing needs, and guide them through the sales process from initial appointment to project completion.

Training is provided, with a compensation range of 70,000 to 200,000+ per year and weekly pay plus uncapped commissions. The role requires local travel in the Castle Rock market and commuting to the Parker, CO office for trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and assess exterior damage.
• Present solutions that meet the customer's needs.
• Communicate project details clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project process.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial appointment through completion.
• Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer information and project details.
• Follow up with customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
