Aspen Contracting is seeking a driven Sales Representative to serve the Castle Rock and Parker, CO market. You will meet homeowners, assess roofing and exterior restoration needs, and guide clients through the complete sales cycle from appointment to project completion.

No roofing experience is required; the position offers paid training, weekly pay, and an uncapped commission structure with travel within the Castle Rock area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the market.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company‑provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

Hiring throughout the Castle Rock area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Castle Rock, CO market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business‑related activities are based out of our Parker, CO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT
