Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals to identify opportunities, earn homeowners’ trust, and convert inspections into projects. You will travel locally in the Knoxville market but train at the Lenoir City office, with paid training and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of residential roofing sales, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-focused, independent working style.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required.
• Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Lenoir City, TN reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

Responsibilities

• Sell roofing or exterior restoration services to homeowners.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, present recommendations, and close sales.
• Conduct inspections to identify project opportunities and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Manage pipeline with consistent follow-up and ownership of customer relationships and sales results.
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with internal teams and attending local appointments.
