Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced roofing and exterior restoration salesperson to cover the Knoxville market. You will use established methods to turn inspections into profitable projects, leveraging strong customer conversations and follow-up.

Qualified candidates will have roofing sales experience and can travel locally to appointments. Training, support, and a clear commission structure accompany a full-time W-2 role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have roofing or exterior restoration sales experience.
• Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Sell roofing or exterior restoration services with industry knowledge.
• Conduct inspections and identify project opportunities.
• Build rapport, establish trust, and communicate recommendations.
• Handle objections and close sales.
