Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Rockford, IL seeks a Roofing and Exterior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day exterior insurance repair projects, including roofing, siding, gutters and related trades, from assignment through completion. You will manage subcontractors, ensure scope accuracy, safety and profitability.

This role requires 3+ years in exterior construction or insurance restoration, a High School Diploma, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple exterior projects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned exterior restoration projects from start to finish.
• Ensure adherence to carrier and TPA requirements, and maintain scope accuracy.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for pricing integrity and defensibility.
• Source, vet, and manage subcontractors for roofing, siding, gutters, and related exterior trades.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor performance for quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Track costs and maintain profitability; communicate with stakeholders.
