Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Roofing and Exterior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day exterior restoration projects, including roofing and related work. You will manage subcontractors, assist estimating, ensure documentation quality, and maintain profitability across projects.

The role requires 3+ years in exterior construction or insurance restoration, a valid license, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel to job sites will be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Construction Management coursework/degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in exterior construction, roofing, or insurance restoration.
• HAAG Certification or equivalent exterior damage evaluation training preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage exterior restoration projects from assignment through completion.
• Ensure adherence to insurance carrier and TPA requirements for evaluation, estimating, and photo documentation.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for scope, pricing, and defensibility.
• Source, vet, and manage subcontractors across roofing, siding, gutters, windows and related exterior repairs.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor performance for quality, safety and timeliness.
• Track job costs and flag margin concerns to the General Manager.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers on assigned projects.
