ServiceMaster DSI in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Exterior Project Manager to lead day-to-day exterior insurance restoration projects, including roofing and related scopes. You will manage subcontractors, support estimating, maintain documentation, and ensure profitability.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the market and adherence to safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 3+ years exterior construction or restoration experience.
• HAAG certification or exterior damage evaluation training preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with insurance carrier/TPA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage exterior restoration projects from assignment to completion.
• Ensure compliance with insurance carrier and TPA requirements.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for scope and pricing.
• Source, vet, and manage exterior subcontractors.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor performance for quality and safety.
• Track project costs and flag margin concerns.
• Serve as primary daily contact for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for handoffs between interior and exterior scopes.
• Maintain documentation and quality control per standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
