ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Roofing and Exterior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of exterior insurance repair projects, including roofing and related exterior scopes. You will manage subcontractors, support estimating, document rigor, and ensure profitability while complying with carrier requirements.

The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple exterior projects simultaneously.
• Independent work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned exterior restoration projects from assignment through completion.
• Ensure adherence to insurance carrier and TPA requirements for exterior damage evaluation and documentation.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for scope accuracy and defensibility.
• Source, vet, and manage subcontractors across exterior trades (roofing, siding, gutters, windows).
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor performance for quality and timeliness.
• Track job costs and flag margin concerns to the GM - Exterior Restoration.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customers on projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for clean handoffs between exterior and interior scopes.
