Responsibilities

• Run 4–5 company-provided leads per day.
• Inspect roofs and exterior components to diagnose issues.
• Build scopes of work and prepare estimates (laptop provided).
• Present and close repair jobs onsite or follow up with homeowners.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to close opportunities.
• Work closely with repair technicians who complete the jobs.
• Deliver excellent customer experience from inspection to sale.
