Responsibilities

• Identify jobs out for bid and pursue private leads.
• Prepare accurate estimates using drawings and data from takeoffs.
• Coordinate with purchasing, superintendents, and staff to plan materials and labor.
• Manage contracts, bids, and subcontractor scope of work.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and on-site client meetings to assess needs.
