A leading construction firm is seeking a Roofing Installation Project Manager to oversee installation operations in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will manage subcontractors, coordinate project schedules, and ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have over 2 years of project management experience and preferably prior hands-on installation experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in window and door installation.
• Prior hands-on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train high-quality installation subcontractors.
• Conduct pre-installation site visits to verify readiness and align with contractors.
• Oversee delivery and installation of held accessories.
