Job summary

Wolfe Roofing, a Tecta America Company, seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for its Reading, PA office. You will estimate, schedule, and manage roofing projects from cradle to grave, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs and company policies.

You will generate estimates from drawings, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, monitor costs, and drive safety and timely closeouts. Minimum 3 years roofing/construction experience; base salary starts at $75,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of roofing or construction industry experience.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to visit job sites about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Understand the contract to ensure responsibilities and scope.
• Generate estimates from drawings, field notes, and inspections.
• Submit proposals to customers and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and change orders; manage closeouts and warranty documents.
• Execute contracts with subcontractors and prepare monthly WIP and cost-to-complete reports.
