Gorman Roofing Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an estimator to assess project scope, costs and profitability. You will gather take-off data, inspect roofs, and propose cost-effective, competitive solutions while coordinating with account managers and production to meet client needs.

You will prepare detailed cost estimates, bids and proposals, using third-party sources or-site data, ensuring accurate, compliant submissions and timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Experience with SP (EPDM, TPO, PVC), BUR, foam, shingle, tile and metal roofing systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing system estimating.
• Proficiency with Sage and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Roof inspections and take-off reports.
• Provide accurate take-off data and document findings.
• Prepare scope of work specifications and detailed cost estimates.
• Complete client-specific bids and proposals.
• Support account managers and production to meet customer needs.
