Cruitin, LLC. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, staffing, material procurement, safety, quality control, and client communication on-site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction in fast-paced construction environments.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field operations teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety programs, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site and effectively manage field operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with field supervisors and crews to resolve project challenges and maintain production goals.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages.
• Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication regarding project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout all phases of construction.

Position Overview
